Alma Vista was born from lived experience — not theory.
As founders and directors, we built in parallel worlds: one leading executive strategy and operations within a rapidly growing healthcare organization, the other working on the clinical front lines supporting individuals and families.
Though our roles were different, the challenges were universal:
